1. Thumb Extension - With your other hand, lift your thumb up straight. Hold 30 seconds.![]()
2. Thumb Flexion - Bend your thumb as much as possible with the other hand. Hold 30 seconds.![]()
3. Abduction - Stretch your thumb away from your fingers with your other hand. Hold 30 seconds.
4. Opposition - Take your thumb over to touch the base of your little finger with your other hand. Hold 30 seconds.
