On arrival through the main entrance, please take the lift up to the first floor where the maternity hub is located.

On arrival, enter Unit 31 and take a seat in the waiting room. There is no need to check in. You will be called from here by your midwife.
Some appointment rooms are on the first floor with access by stairs only, if this is not suitable for you, let you midwife know.
Farnborough Maternity Hub is about 2 miles from Farnborough town centre at Farnborough Centre for Health which houses a GP surgery and other clinics.

On arrival through the main entrance walk straight through to the atrium area. Outpatients department is on the left next to pharmacy. Fleet & Farnham team are in room 12 of outpatients and the out-of-area team are next to them.

On arrival through the main entrance, follow the corridor along to the reception area. Check the whiteboard to see which floor your midwife is located on and then take a seat in either the ground or first floor waiting room. A lift is available.
The Bluebell team have their clinics at Maidenhead Maternity Hub, which is at St Mark's Hospital

On arrival at the outpatients building, walk straight through two sets of double doors and turn left. On your right is the maternity hub. Please take a seat in the waiting area, and a midwife will call you in for your appointment.
Surrey Hub is a community midwife led clinic taking place within the antenatal clinic area at Frimley Park Hospital.

The antenatal clinic is in the yellow zone on the ground floor.
On arrival through the main entrance, walk straight ahead, past the shop on your right and cafe on your left. Go through 2 sets of double doors to the main corridor and turn right. Enter the antenatal clinic on your right and walk past the reception desk. On the left is a small seating area for Surrey Hub, take a seat and your midwife will call you.
The Kingfisher team runs a community midwife-led clinic in the maternity unit at Wexham Park Hospital.

Access to maternity hub
The maternity unit is in the green zone, on the opposite side of the hospital to the main entrance.
Appointments with Kingfisher team can be in antenatal clinic or Juniper birth centre.
For antenatal clinic: use the entrance on the left signed “Maternity and Gynaecology outpatients, Maternity Assessment Centre and Labour Ward”, walk straight ahead through the double doors. Check in at the reception desk and take a seat in the waiting area.
For Juniper birth centre: use the entrance on the right signed Juniper birth centre, turn right and go up the stairs to the first floor or turn left and go along the corridor to the lifts on your left. Take a seat outside Juniper birth centre and your midwife will call you, you do not need to check in.
The Poppy team have their clinics at Windsor Maternity Hub which is at King Edward VII Hospital
