Frimley Health runs outpatient services at the King Edward VII Hospital, alongside specialist breast care services at The Parapet, an annexe of King Edward VII Hospital.
King Edward VII Hospital is currently undergoing a programme of refurbishment and redevelopment work to enable the expansion of services. This will include modernising and creating clinical space on the ground floor, and bringing the café to the front entrance.
The works are being carried out while the hospital remains fully operational. To ensure everyone's safety, temporary corridor closures are being put in place and as a result there are changes to how ground floor patient services are accessed.
During this time, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
If patients need any assistance finding their way to any of the services impacted by the works, they should speak to the reception team on the front desk, who will be happy to help.
The support of patients, visitors and staff is appreciated as these much-needed improvements are made.
This hospital site is owned by NHS Property Services (NHSPS), which manages the car parking arrangements.
Parking is currently free.
Blue badge / disabled car parking and a drop off area are all available by the main entrance.
Access to the hospital is via A308.

The hospital is serviced by local bus operators Carousel Buses and Thames Valley Buses.
All buses either pick up and set down at the bus stops right outside the entrance.

Windsor train station is approximately a mile away from the hospital. Taxis could be used for the onward journey to Kind Edward VII Hospital or The Parapet.

Outpatients
On arrival through the main entrance, the reception desk is straight ahead, and the outpatients department is off to the left.
Parapet
The Parapet is accessed around the outside of the buildings on the exit road from the car park.
