Introduction
The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) works closely with hospital nurses, doctors and other health care professionals to ensure that the care you receive is to the highest quality. They will also liaise closely with the Community Nursing team and GPs to ensure the highest quality of care at home.
You will be able to meet your CNS while you are on the ward or in Outpatients. If you are having treatment at another hospital then you will meet the local Clinical Nurse Specialist.
