1. Neck flexion Sit tall in a chair, facing forward. Gently lower your chin towards your chest without moving your shoulders or back, then slowly return to the starting position and repeat. 10 reps x3 a day |

2. Neck extension Sit tall in a chair, facing forward. Slowly tilt your head back to look upward without moving your shoulders or back, then return to the starting position and repeat. 10 reps x3 a day |

3. Neck rotation Sit tall in a chair, facing forward. Gently turn your head to look over one shoulder without twisting your body, then return to the starting position and repeat to the other side. 10 reps x3 a day |

4. Neck side bending Sit tall in a chair, facing forward. Gently tilt your head so one ear moves towards your shoulder without lifting your shoulder or turning your head, then return to the starting position and repeat to the other side. 10 reps x3 a day |
