1. Ankle bend and straighten Lie on your back with your legs straight. Gently point your toes away from you, then pull them back towards you as far as you can. 10 reps x3 a day |

2. Ankle in and out movement Lie on your back with your legs straight. Gently turn your foot so the big-toe side lifts up, then turn it the other way so the little-toe side lifts up. 10 reps x3 a day |

3. Ankle circles Lie on your back with your legs straight. Slowly make circles with your ankle in both directions. 10 reps x3 a day |

4. Knee bend While lying on your, bend your affected leg as far as comfortable. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the starting position. 10 reps x3 a day |
