Straighten your thumb as much as possible.

Thumb Flexion:

Bend your thumb as much as possible at its two joints.

Abduction:

Slide your thumb away from your fingers and then bring it back to rest against your index finger.

Retropulsion:

Lift your thumb up off the table and lower.

"O” Shape:

Touch each finger tip in turn with your thumb. 

Blocked IPJ (End Joint):

Holding your thumb with your tip free, bend and straighten your tip, as much as you can.

Blocked MCPJ (Bottom Joint):

Holding your thumb with your top joint free, bend and straighten your thumb, as much as you can.
