From 29 January all Frimley Health telephone numbers will start with ‘0300’.  

All numbers starting with 01252, 01276 or 01753 (with the exception of King Edward VII Hospital) will no longer connect. To contact Frimley Health’s main switchboard, which can connect you to all sites and departments, you should ring 0300 614 5000. 

Over the past 18 months Frimley Health has been upgrading its telephone system to a state-of-the-art system to help improve patient experience and future-proof this vital point of communication for staff, stakeholders, patients and visitors.

This new system will ensure a more reliable connection to departments, and strengthens our 'one Frimley' ethos - providing a singular point of contact for all our teams.

A list of ward phone numbers can be found on the visiting section of our website. Please use the numbers found there to contact wards for all inpatient related enquiries.  

For all outpatient appointments and enquiries, you should ring the outpatient call centres at Frimley and Wexham Park Hospitals.  

All general enquires should be directed to the main switchboard on 0300 614 5000.
