The Frimley Health Staff Awards are back – and we need YOUR help to find this year’s winners.
We recognise that our people are our greatest asset, and we want to celebrate their achievements and contributions as part of our annual staff celebration event.
You can help by telling us who makes a genuine difference to the quality of care and wellbeing of our patients, their families, carers and our staff, or consistently contributes to delivering service improvements and efficiencies in line with our values: committed to excellence, working together and facing the future.
There are nine categories this year:
- Outstanding Leadership
- Excellent Patient/Customer Care
- Team
- Outstanding Support to Colleagues
- External Partnership
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Future FHFT
- Continuous Quality Improvement
- Special Recognition
Individuals and teams, including bank staff, can be nominated by any of our employees or by members of the public.
You can make a nomination using the online form. Please include details about what this individual or team has done that goes beyond what is expected in their role, including evidence and specific examples. Your nomination should not exceed 300 words.
The closing date for nominations is 9 July 2023.
The awards will be presented during a special ceremony at Ascot Racecourse on 14 September.
