We are pleased to confirm there is now a Coeliac Pathway on DXS developed and agreed with Primary and Secondary care clinicians. Nb. As detailed above, for positive Serology IgA-tTG or EMA in adults, please refer for endoscopy with biopsy in duodenum. Patients should maintain a gluten diet pre-endoscopy. 

This connects with the recently updated FHFT Gastroenterology referral form on DXS (FHC3685) which we hope will support with improving referrals reaching the most appropriate speciality and service first time.
