Research studies aim to evolve breast cancer treatments
Across Frimley Health Foundation Trust, Research and Development are currently running nine clinical studies involving breast cancer, as medical teams research ways to treat early cases and manage treatment side effects for a better recovery for patients.

Teams who arranged a wedding to fulfil the dying wish of a patient in just six hours were among the latest winners of Frimley Health's Values into Practice (ViP) awards. The awards were presented by Chief Executive Neil Dardis at September's Board of Directors meeting and honoured colleagues who have exemplified the Trust's shared values – committed to excellence, working together and facing the future.

New £25m diagnostic centre planned
A brand new £25 million state-of-the-art NHS diagnostic centre is planned for Slough in 2025, and local people are invited to have their say on the proposals. The new Slough community diagnostic centre (CDC) will be developed on an unused area of the Upton Hospital site as a new standalone facility. It follows national investment and is part of a network of facilities across the country to improve access to diagnostic tests and scans.
