Frimley Health's chief executive Neil Dardis has presented his conclusions after his first 100 days in charge of the trust.

As promised when he started at the trust in March 2018, Neil has presented back to staff and stakeholders after meeting nearly 3,000 staff, spending more than 120hours visiting departments and developing relationships with key local and national partners.

He summarised his conclusions and outlined six key themes for further development that will enable the trust to deliver a vision of being outstanding today and in the future.

The 'Facing our future' summary also includes a number of actions that Neil identified as vital in the short term.

He will now be working with staff to ensure the immediate actions are taken while they develop the key themes together.
