We’re updating our appointment reminders so you can tell us about any changes you need to make.
It also means we can offer any unwanted appointments to patients who need them.
What you need to know:
We’ll send either a text message to your mobile phone, an email or, if you’re registered with MyFrimleyHealth Record, a notification on the app which contains a link to information about your upcoming appointment.
If you are not registered for the MyFrimleyHealth Record app, the link in the mobile text message will take you to the ForAll app where you can review the details of your appointment
We’ll ask you to confirm whether you will be attending the appointment, would like to rearrange it, or wish to cancel the appointment and be discharged from our care.
Why it matters:
About 7,000 appointments at Frimley Health are lost each month because patients do not attend.
Responding to these messages will help ensure that you stay on the waiting list. If you don’t attend your appointment and have not let us know in advance, you may be discharged from our care and referred back to your GP.
