Pregnancy (1).pngFrimley Health has launched a dedicated pregnancy tracker that empowers people to take greater control of their maternity care.

My Pregnancy Journey is the latest addition to MyFrimleyHealth Record, the trust’s patient-facing app.

It enables people to voice their preferences for their care, such as where they want to give birth, view stage-specific health advice during their pregnancy, and access information that helps them make informed decisions about their care.

And like other MyFrimleyHealth Record users, maternity patients can continue to see clinical notes and letters, test results and appointment information all in one place.

My Pregnancy Journey also links to the Real Birth Digital Programme, a free NHS-backed birth preparation course supporting women to feel confident and make informed choices during their labour and birth.

All maternity service users are automatically enrolled on MyFrimleyHealth Record when their pregnancy is registered with us. Users then activate My Pregnancy Journey within the app to access its features.

The addition of My Pregnancy Journey to MyFrimleyHealth Record follows the launch of Bedside on the platform in late 2025, enabling patients in our emergency departments to track their care in real time.
