Trust launches pregnancy tracker
Date published: 10 February 2026
As we begin the month of Ramadan, I want to take a moment to recognise what this period means for many of our colleagues, patients, and communities. Ramadan is a time of reflection, compassion, and spiritual renewal. It is also a time that highlights the values we hold close within our trust: committed to excellence, working together, and facing the future.
For our Muslim colleagues who will be fasting while continuing to deliver exceptional high-quality care, I want to express my deep appreciation. Your hard work, dedication and commitment to our patients and to each other are truly inspiring. Please know that we see you, we value you, and we are here to support you.
Ramadan also offers all of us an opportunity to strengthen our culture of inclusion. Small acts of understanding, such as being mindful of meeting times, offering flexibility where possible, or simply acknowledging the month with a warm “Ramadan Mubarak” can make a meaningful difference. These gestures help create a workplace where everyone feels respected and able to bring their whole selves to work.
To our patients observing Ramadan, we remain committed to providing care that is sensitive to your needs and grounded in dignity and respect. Our chaplaincy and spiritual care teams are always available to offer guidance and support.
I hope this month brings peace, connection, and reflection to all who are observing. Thank you for everything you do each day to make Frimley Health a place of compassion and belonging, and one of the best places to work in the NHS.
Ramadan Mubarak,
Shajeda
