We are pleased to report that the IT incident that significantly affected phone and computer networks across all our sites earlier today (Tuesday 9 December) has been largely resolved.

However, we are still recovering from the impact and would ask patients to continue to use our services appropriately. Please only attend urgent and emergency services if you are seriously ill. Otherwise, please contact NHS 111 online or by phone, use pharmacies and GP services where possible for minor ailments and take advantage of walk-in and urgent treatment centres.

We currently expect our planned care – surgery and outpatient services - to be running as usual from tomorrow (Wednesday 10 December). So if you have an appointment please attend as usual, unless our teams have contacted you directly to say otherwise.
