Pain pumps lead way in breast care
Frimley Health is the first trust in the UK to use pain pumps for breast cancer patients, allowing them to go home on the same day as their surgery. The use of the pain pumps has seen 73% of patients who have had mastectomies discharged within hours of the procedure.
