Stelios Philanthropic Foundation helps to transform diabetic foot care
Date published: 28 May 2026
Frimley Health charity bookshop has officially been opened in its new location, Frimley Park Hospital, first floor, Yellow Street next to F9.
Bryan Ingleby, Chair of the trust, cut the ribbon to mark the bookshop's official opening. He was joined by our bookshop volunteers including Marion and Chris, our champions of the bookshop, as well as voluntary services leadership. Nabin Gurun and Gary White from capital projects, who worked brilliantly to create the new location, also attended along with colleagues.
Bryan said:
"The bookshop is part of the beating heart of Frimley Park. It has made a huge pastoral and financial contribution to the trust over 20 years. In recent years it has contributed to the purchase of the volunteer buggy and new wheelchairs, and brings in an average of £15k to the trust each year, so we are very happy the bookshop has been able to move to its new location."
The bookshop has a wide selection of fiction and non-fiction books for adults, children and young people. It now takes cash as well as card payments, so come along and see what it has to offer.
We're looking for donations too. If you have any books at home that you no longer need that are in good, clean condition please donate them to us. All genres welcome including novels, children's books and non-fiction. All donations will go towards enhancing patient experience and supporting our services.
