We are a busy Trust. Due to our size, we're often introducing a new development or initiative that we want your opinion on. This may sometimes feel a little overwhelming and even a bit off putting. We have recognised that this is probably because we come to you with various topics without thinking about whether you’ve already been asked to fill out a survey or take part in some feedback activity that day.
Therefore, this summer the trust’s corporate teams are starting up the band and joining forces to present to you the Frimley Health Your Voice, Our Future tour.
From feeding into our new hospital programme and helping us gather lessons learnt from our EPR implementation, to providing insight into our cultural leadership programme and the new trust strategy; the Your Voice, Our Future tour will take important trust news and developments to our staff, so you all can play a crucial role in shaping our future.
We’ll give you fun and interactive ways to give your opinions, so your ideas, words and voice are listened to, as it’s so important that all of you have a say in what we do and how we do it.
We’ll be covering all trust sites between Tuesday 25 July to Wednesday 16 August and wanting your feedback on:
