Urgent – call us now
If you are worried and need help quickly and are:
Call the Early Pregnancy Unit (EPU) if you have:
- Pain in your tummy
- Bleeding from your vagina
- Sickness that won’t stop or makes it hard to eat/drink

Call the MAMAS Line on 0300 013 2004 — it’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Call us straight away if:
- You think you might be in labour
- Your waters break
- You have bleeding from your vagina
- Your baby is moving less than usual
- You’re worried about your newborn baby
- You have tummy pain
- You have a bad headache that won’t go away
- You have itching (especially on your hands or feet)
- You just feel unwell and not yourself
If it’s an emergency that’s not about your pregnancy:
Call 111 for advice, go to A&E, or call 999 if it’s life-threatening.
Non-urgent - routine care
If your question is not about your pregnancy (such as ear ache, urine infection), please contact your GP.
If your question is about your pregnancy, like:
- Appointments
- Test results
- MAT B1 forms
You can:
- Call or email your midwife (use the contact details they gave you)
- Or send a message using the My Frimley Health Record app
