After a staggering 783 nominations, we are delighted to announce the finalists for our Frimley Health Annual Staff Awards 2025. 

In September, after all the nominations had been received, a panel of 16 judges from across the Trust took their time to carefully review each nomination. Their generous contribution helped us identify this year’s finalists: an inspiring group of individuals and teams who exemplify our values and make a real difference every day. 

Our fantastic 2025 Staff Award Finalists are: 

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion:

  • Malathi Rajasekar – clinical educator 
  • Paul Foreman – building technician 
  • Samuel Adedigba – clinical specialist, hand therapist 

Efficiency Champion of the Year:

  • Karen West – orthopaedic kit co-ordinator 
  • Radiology bookings team and ultrasound team, Frimley Park 
  • Stephanie Deed – occupational therapist 

Improvement of the Year:

  • Aishworya Chalise – senior specialist nurse 
  • In-patient therapies care group, Heatherwood 
  • Pratichya Shahi Rana – matron, trauma and orthopaedics 

Outstanding Leader:

  • Louise McArthur – matron, outpatients on-site 
  • Lucy Tebbit – matron, accident and emergency, Wexham Park 
  • Tara Dutton – senior sister, ward F7 

Patient Voice:

  • Medical SDEC team, Frimley Park 
  • Silvia Marko – junior sister, Emergency Department, Wexham Park 
  • Sophie Hand – staff nurse, children’s ward, F1 

Rising Star:

  • Aqsa Shahzad – administrative assistant 
  • Dr Elizabeth Varghese – foundation year 3 
  • Preet Singh – senior physiotherapist

Trailblazer of the Year: 

  • Acute medicine physio team, Wexham Park 
  • Robert McFaul – lead radiographer 
  • Susan Gayle Celera Heinst – advanced clinical practitioner 

Unsung Contribution:

  • Brett Lee – security supervisor  
  • Gabrielle Willis – clinical specialist, occupational therapy

Each finalist has been invited to attend our Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 26 November at Windsor Racecourse, where the winners will be revealed in a celebration of excellence, teamwork and achievement.

Every nomination tells a story of dedication, compassion, and excellence, and we’re so proud of the culture of recognition at the Trust.”
